Responsible gaming culture starts here,
enjoy it safely
167bd believes gaming should be an enjoyable experience — not a source of stress or harm. Our safety tools and guidelines help you stay in control at all times.
Our Commitment
At 167bd, we believe online gaming is purely a form of entertainment. Ensuring that you remain safe and secure while using our platform is our top priority. Responsible gaming means enjoying the experience while properly managing your time, money, and mental well-being.
Gaming should never be seen as a solution to financial problems or as a way to relieve stress. 167bd always wants our players to play within their limits, spend time with family, and put mental well-being first.
On this page you will find information about: age restrictions, how to set deposit limits, the self-exclusion feature, signs of gaming addiction, and how to get support.
All services at 167bd are available only to those aged 21 or above. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. Documents proving age may be required during account verification.
The Key Pillars of Safe Gaming
Age Verification & Protection
Only those aged 21 or above may open an account at 167bd. A national ID card or passport is verified for proof of age during registration and before withdrawals. This process protects minors.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, but reducing a limit can be done instantly.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, access to your account will be suspended. Once the time-out ends, your account is automatically reactivated.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This option can keep your account closed for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. No promotional messages are sent during a self-exclusion period.
Session Time Limits
You can set a maximum time limit for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will alert you and automatically log you out if needed.
24/7 Support Service
The 167bd support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact us via live chat or email ([email protected]) in either Bengali or English. Special attention is given to help with gaming-related concerns.
Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, be cautious and seek support:
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back lost money ("chasing losses")
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to
- Borrowing money or diverting essential funds to cover gaming costs
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when unable to play
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Viewing gaming as the only way to cope with stress or depression
- Spending more time and money on gaming than planned
Healthy Gaming Habits
Following these practices keeps gaming enjoyable at all times:
- Play only for entertainment — do not treat it as a source of income
- Decide in advance how much money and time you will spend
- Never play with money set aside for everyday expenses
- Avoid playing while under the influence of alcohol or when under stress
- Take regular breaks and respect the time limit for each session
- Stay calm when you lose — do not try to chase your losses
- Spend time on other hobbies and relationships outside of gaming
